INTRODUCTION

The following pages are designed to offer help and advice to anyone seeking to lead a walk during the Walk Programmes created by the group. The information can largely be applied to either Main or Leisure Walks, and should be viewed as friendly guidance derived from those within the group who have learned from their own experiences of walk leading and are seeking to share this with others.
